City of Dreams Macau opens backstage access to House of Dancing Water

City of Dreams Macau will introduce a new House of Dancing Water show-and-backstage-tour package beginning July 15, offering audiences rare access to one of the city’s most prominent stage productions.
The experience combines premium seating for the performance with a guided, behind-the-scenes tour immediately afterward, giving visitors insight into the scale and technical complexity of the show.
The 30-minute backstage tour will take guests into restricted areas typically unseen by the public, including the underground diving zone where daily operations are coordinated. Visitors will also encounter major set pieces such as the Golden Boat and the Dream Pagoda, along with access to an 18-meter platform positioned above the stage for a bird’s-eye view.
The show, which reopened on May 7, 2025, has staged more than 450 performances and is projected to reach one million attendees this summer, according to Melco.
The backstage tour is priced at MOP 500, while combined show-and-tour packages start at MOP 888. Participation is limited to visitors aged 12 and above.
