Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has announced that it will award a 2025 discretionary bonus equivalent to one month of salary to eligible team members at senior manager grade and below, in recognition of their contributions over the past year.
About 97% of GEG’s workforce will benefit from the bonus.
The payment, equivalent to one month of base salary and guaranteed tips where applicable, will be granted on February 9.
GEG said the bonus reflects its appreciation for staff efforts and its continued commitment to working closely with team members under its “World Class, Asian Heart” service philosophy.
The gaming operator said it will continue to invest in staff development through training and career advancement opportunities, reaffirming team members as a core asset of the group.
