Organized by MGM, Parafuturo de Macau (PFM Macau) and the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Centre (MYEIC), the “MYEIC x MGM Young Entrepreneur Nurturing Program” was officially launched Tuesday.
This two-year program offers participants professional guidance through mentorship with industry professionals, with the aim of enhancing business skills, professional knowledge and the competitiveness of young entrepreneurs.
Kenneth Feng, president of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “this collaboration can help young entrepreneurs determine the right strategies to connect with the market.”
Chui Sai Peng, CEO of PFM Macau and chairman of MYEIC, said, “We truly understand the aspirations shared by every entrepreneur, which is to enter the market with their business projects, which is why we are co-hosting this ‘MYEIC x MGM Young Entrepreneur Nurturing Program’.”
The program will be divided into eight rounds of professional mentorship and training programs. It will feature various areas such as branding and marketing, information technology, human resources, hotel operations and purchasing. Each of these training programs will be arranged by senior management figures from the field to provide tailored guidance.
The program is also enriched with other activities, such as on-site inspections, back-of-house visits and business-matching sessions. Interested enterprises or young entrepreneurs may apply to join via MYEIC.
