Sands China Ltd. has been ranked in the top 1% of companies in both the global and China editions of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025, marking the company’s continued recognition for its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
In the China edition, Sands China also received the “Industry Mover” distinction, awarded to only one company per sector, after improving its Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) score by over 7% from the previous year.
Globally, the yearbook assessed more than 7,600 companies, with Sands China among only 65 firms receiving a Top 1% score for the second year in a row.
Sands China said it remains committed to ESG priorities, citing achievements such as a 17.5% carbon emissions reduction ahead of schedule, 2.3 million hours of workforce training in 2024, and over 310,000 hours of community service by its volunteer team.
The company carries out its ESG efforts under its “People, Community, and Planet” pillars.
