The swearing-in ceremonies of the lawmakers and the president of the seventh Legislative Assembly (AL) will take place, respectively, at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. on October 16, in the Noble Hall of the Service Platform Complex for Commercial Cooperation between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries. All individuals who participate in the ceremonies must be inoculated with at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Simultaneously, they must also present the certificate with a negative result of the valid nucleic acid test issued in the 48 hours prior to the event. Upon entry, the presentation of the Green Health Code is also mandatory.
SJM reopens Casino Oceanus
Casino Oceanus was re-opened on October 9 after thorough cleaning and disinfection was conducted and the Health Bureau had carried out inspections, the operator announced. SJM Resorts, S.A. (SJM) said in a statement that it strictly adheres to the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control measures of the Macau SAR Government to ensure a “safe and hygienic environment, safeguarding the health and safety of employees, guests and the entire Macau community.” Last week, the Casino Oceanus was closed for sanitation after the 72nd Covid-19 patient was found to have gambled at the premises.
