Smart Nursery faces end of cooperation as legal appeals continue

The Social Welfare Bureau (IAS) said it has been notified by the court that the management entity of Smart Nursery has withdrawn all administrative lawsuits following the government’s decision to end cooperation. The partnership has been formally terminated in accordance with the law, and the nursery’s operating license will expire on August 26, requiring the return of the premises, as cited in a TDM report. According to Smart Nursery, a judicial appeal remains ongoing, and there are no plans to cease operations at present.
